More Info About My Practice

When you think of a therapist, you may envision someone who is stuffy and clinical. To be honest, that’s not me. You can expect me to be genuine, approachable and relatable. And, I must admit, I love humor! The occasional potty mouth words, sometimes corny (but true) quotes, and a good jean jacket are all things you will experience in our time together. I'll laugh with you, and grieve with you when you are hurting. Though I have gone through specific schoolingtraining to be in this role, you are the expert in your life. I am here to use my skillset to celebrate you, challenge harmful mindsets, help you create the changes you are seeking, and empower you to be the best you!
