Do you ever find yourself feeling uncomfortable with emotions or having “uncomfy feelings”, struggling to identify emotions, or wanting to move things along to divert from those hard conversations? Do you put yourself last to ensure others are okay? Are you the”fixer” in your world? Are you the person who “mostly has it together”, or may “have some loose strings”? Do life transitions and changes hit harder for you? Well, you have come to the right place because you are my people! My professional focus is working with individuals who struggle with perfectionism, self esteem, people-pleasing, overthinking, feelings of anxiousness and being overwhelmed. If you’re an individual who is working through life seasons and transitions, or life seems to hit you when you least expect it, 1.) You’re not alone. 2.) Your path to thriving can start right now (next step, schedule your phone consultation)

I utilize client centered approach; the understanding that every individual is unique with different needs. I provide honest feedback and support to help you see your options and discover the choices that are right for you! I pull from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Values Based approach. I am passionate about supporting and guiding clients with compassion, empathy and a non-judgmental stance. I want to equip you with the tools needed to cope with day-to-day life as well as big life events. It is truly my heart to see my clients THRIVE; so take that next step, and lets invest in you! More Info About My Practice

When you think of a therapist, you may envision someone who is stuffy and clinical. To be honest, that’s not me. You can expect me to be genuine, approachable and relatable. And, I must admit, I love humor! The occasional potty mouth words, sometimes corny (but true) quotes, and a good jean jacket are all things you will experience in our time together. I'll laugh with you, and grieve with you when you are hurting. Though I have gone through specific schoolingtraining to be in this role, you are the expert in your life. I am here to use my skillset to celebrate you, challenge harmful mindsets, help you create the changes you are seeking, and empower you to be the best you!
