I offer high-quality, affordable therapy that combines a range of therapeutic approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), to help overcome distress and lead a more peaceful, focused life. My approach is rooted in the belief that you are the expert of your own life, and my role is to provide a warm, supportive space and evidence-based tools to guide you toward genuine peace and freedom.
