HRV impacts depression, anxiety, ADHD, and overall health, therefore, I often incorporate simple heart rate variability biofeedback practices into my therapeutic services. I specifically tailor treatment to fit the individual needs of my client. Thus I often address diet, exercise, and sleep, as these areas are critical to mental health issues and overall well being.
