My Approach to Helping
As a Mindful Therapist, I have over 15 years of experience supporting clients with a range of clinically researched as well as holistic techniques. My approach to counseling is client focused, culturally sensitive, and integrative. I draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy integrating themes of Mindfulness, Yoga Therapy, Meditation, and Breathwork.
I tailor my approach to meet you where you are on your unique journey and allow you to set the pace toward improved mental health and wellness.
I have experience working with a range of client concerns such as Mood and Anxiety Disorders, Stress and Anger Management, Depression, Panic Attacks, Chronic Pain, Couple and Relationship Counseling as well as Career Counseling. I encourage clients to unpack and release emotional, mental, and physical discomfort and trauma with a range of clinical as well as holistic interventions. Together in the therapeutic alliance, my clients are supported to break through old patterns of thinking and reacting that impact their mental health and impede their personal and professional growth.
