For the last 10 years, I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults to work through difficulties experienced in life. My primary therapeutic modalities include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused therapy, Person Centered Therapy, and Recovery Oriented Cognitive Therapy (CT-R).
