My Approach to Therapy

Consider working with me, a holistic practitioner, if you're struggling to reconcile your trauma history. I specialize in treating marginalized populations, especially gender, sexual and racial minorities, on their mental health journey to recovery. In collaborating with alternative practices and disciplines, I'm able to offer a diversity of treatment options for the diverse clientele I focus on. If you wish to occupy your body fully and possess confidence in your home, work, social, or romantic life, I'm here to help. Using narrative therapy, I assist you rewrite your story, and reduce symptoms of stress. I look forward to working with you until my services are no longer needed. Had a Negative Therapy Experience?

Most of the clients that come to me have been to therapy before, and their experience was less than ideal. Though I appreciate the opportunity to reframe their idea of treatment, I am concerned for those of you who have yet to locate your best fit. Know that your experience is valid, and if you're uncomfortable, you do not have to stay with that clinician. Locating someone that sees and hears you is possible. Maybe that new experience can start with me.
