For individual therapy, I employ a multi-treatment approach, including trauma-informed mindfulness, narrative, and relational therapy, tailoring these methods to best suit each client’s unique healing journey. For couples, I utilize Gottman Method techniques within the sessions to guide each couple in building healthy ways to foster trust, communication, intimacy, and a kind, loving regard toward one another. Often times I find that the clients who seek therapy have felt stuck. Being stuck in thoughts, in patterns, in actions that dont align with how you see yourself.
