What's My Approach to Therapy?
As a certified RRT Practitioner and CSAT, I specialize in healing trauma and PTSD as well as in sex, love, and relationship addiction. In my practice I use psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, EMDR, Rapid Resolution Therapy, and Rapid Trauma Resolution and I work with adults, adolescents, and couples as well as the LGBT community. Counseling is, for me, about being witness to someone else's personal story and providing a nurturing, supportive environment in which to explore one's issues such that you may find new strategies for dealing with life's challenges and thus be better able to experience life's joys.
