My Approach to Helping

Does something hold you back from turning your hopes into reality? Do obstacles make it difficult to achieve what you really want? Carl Jung told us, “Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.”

Imagine living a life characterized by understanding your unconscious mind. Imagine aligning with your true self. You deserve a life in which you can be present, actively choosing your life instead of involuntarily repeating the past.
I specialize in supporting clients through life’s transitions and challenges. Proper help can turn these difficulties into wake-up calls that offer a better life than before. I enjoy helping my clients use these opportunities for growth to address the unconscious and awaken new parts of themselves.

This type of work can be best explored through the lens of relationships, as they are the base for everything in life. Through exploring (and building) your relationship with yourself, you can understand who you are, what you want, and spread your true-self into the world rather than past programming.

Through the exploration of early attachment styles and how this is relating to your present, you will gain insight that will allow you to create your future from your true-self and desires rather than repeating the past on auto-pilot. It's common to be unconsciously affected by early relational patterns and with some help you can see and break this pattern for a more healthy and fulfilled future. In addition, learning to build a relationship with yourself is one of the most important facets of life and creates a sense of safety, confidence, trust, and wellness that aids in well-being and quality of life. This is the basis for the deeper work of uncovering your purpose and fulfilling your dreams and goals.
