My Approach to Helping
I offer holistic psychotherapy for women in San Francisco. You may have a clear sense of what brings you into therapy, or perhaps it’s not so clear - just a sense that something has felt off for a while and you are ready to seek support. Sometimes the impact of ongoing stress can leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves, our relationships andor our bodies - even if it’s not logical or outwardly apparent. In our work together I invite you to notice your real, present moment experience because whether or not the stressors are visible, the impact often is: anxiety, low self-esteem, perfectionism, burnout, relationships or trauma.
My therapeutic style is warm, authentic, and compassionate. My approach invites collaboration, a present moment focus and integration of body-mind. I hold the therapeutic relationship as sacred and I welcome women of all ages, body sizes, races, countries of origin, sexual orientations, and religious and cultural backgrounds in my practice.
