My Approach to Helping
If you're here, something probably feels heavy, unclear, or out of sync—and you're looking for support that feels real, grounded, and affirming. You're not alone. I work with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship struggles, identity shifts, parenting stress, and life transitions.
I approach therapy through a trauma-informed, relational, and narrative lens—honoring the cultural, systemic, and intergenerational forces that shape how we see ourselves and others. Together, we’ll explore the patterns, stories, and dynamics that are keeping you stuck, and gently challenge what no longer serves you.
My style is collaborative and compassionate—but also engaged and active. I don’t believe in pathologizing your pain. I believe in listening deeply, showing up with honesty and care, and helping you find new ways of living that reflect your strength, values, and hope.

My Role as a Therapist
As a therapist, I aim to create a space where you feel grounded, respected, and truly seen. I prioritize safety and trust, knowing that healing begins when you feel secure enough to show up fully. My role isn?t to "fix" you?but to walk beside you as you explore the wounds, relationships, and systems that have shaped you.
Through this process, we?ll identify both the pain and the possibility. I?ll offer support, but also gentle challenge?asking thoughtful questions and naming patterns with care. My work is rooted in empathy, cultural humility, and a belief that meaningful change comes from honoring who you are while imagining who you want to become.
