I can work in either modality alone, however the two together have a synergistic effect, producing quicker results. Neurofeedback assists in restoring optimal brain health, while psychotherapy can help you become aware of your thinking patterns, and assist you in creating better emotional balance. You can feel awake and deeply connected to the world and others around you again. Whether you are struggling with depression, anxiety, ADDADHD, PTSD or other traumas, I can help free you from old patterning and restore your original, true nature. Additionally I practice online and offer remote neurofeedback as an option, where I program the tool specific to your needs and you can train your brainwaves in the comfort of your own home.
