My Approach to Helping

I take a strengths-based approach with clients, and I believe that everyone is capable of improving their lives and reducing suffering & symptoms. We all have answers within us; sometimes we just need someone to help guide us in finding our truth & learning new skills to improve one's emotional and mental well-being. Trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) & CBT, the quality of our thoughts can greatly enhance or impair our lives by impacting our emotions & behavior. I also work with clients in resolving pain & trauma from the past.
