My Approach to Helping

Do you struggle to connect with others? How is your relationship with yourself? Seeking assistance to navigate life's challenges is a courageous act, but you are not alone. Are you struggling with a long-standing mental health issue? Or are you having difficulty connecting with your romantic partner? Do you feel stuck? I've helped many people just like you work through these challenges.

Together, we can work to solve your problems and strategize about your next step. I've worked with diverse clients in a variety of difficult situations, and have extensive experience working with diverse ethnic, racial, socioeconomic, and cultural concerns. I am community-oriented, and I believe in helping you make brave choices while deeply exploring the paths you've taken in your life. I work collaboratively with my clients to achieve solutions to immediate problems and develop proactive approaches to long-term challenges.

My approach is strengths-based and collaborative, and I have been a therapist since 2010. I believe that the way we treat ourselves is critical to our quality of life, our families, community, and our future. You deserve a better relationship with yourself. Let's work together to create a plan for you. If therapy with me doesn't feel "right," we will find someone who is a good fit for you.
