My Approach to Helping
I work with individuals, couples, and families who are struggling with issues such as trauma, depression, anxiety, parenting, lack of motivation, coping with stress, self-esteem/confidence, relationship issues, grief, and career counseling.
I can help you to identify how past traumas are affecting your life today by creating a safe place to re-connect with your body and mind. I take the therapeutic relationship to heart as we discover self-identity and mindfulness. This allows the individual to be their best self.
