My Approach to Helping
I have a down to earth, active and engaging style. My approach is holistic, always considering all aspects of you and your life in the world. I tailor my approach to your individual needs so that we can partner together to best address the issues you are facing. My background includes the study of mindfulness-based therapeutic approaches, including training in yoga and meditation. I love to work in a way that is flexible and practical so that you can feel comfortable and at ease with the process of therapy. I have been doing this work for nearly 15 years and I consider it a privilege to be trusted with your story.
