My Approach to Helping
I treat individuals, children, and families for assistance with personal life stressors, family, school, or work issues.

For the most part I see myself as a therapist who you need me to be. If you need a comforting nurturer, that is who I strive to be. If you need a firm parent, that is who I strive to be.
Primarily, I want to help each person to improve their relationship with themselves and develop healthy skills to deal with challenging people in your live; help you manage your life's stressors and challenges; as well as guide you towards finding your own unique solutions.
Having assisted individuals of all ages, and diverse back grounds through the therapeutic process for many years, I feel I can provide the wisdom and compassion to facilitate your therapeutic process. This can be accomplished either through a short term solution focused treatment, or a more in depth psychotherapy for yourself, your child, or your family.
I use the latest evedence based practices such as, CBT, ACT, DBT, Exposure Therapy, Trauma- Focused Therapy, Play Therapy, Behavior Modfication, Parent Mangement Training, and Talk Therapy.
