Hi! My name is Gaby. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who has worked with children and adolescents who experience such issues as anxiety and depression. I also counsel and support adults dealing with these difficulties.

I decided I wanted to be a therapist because I have a passion for mental health. I feel that everyone needs someone to talk to, which is why I will be here to listen to you.

When you come to therapy, I will be ready to listen to you and be empathetic. I aim to help you unlock more strength within yourself. My goal is to be able to give you the tools you need in life to continue to feel fulfilled.

We can utilize play, art, music, and exercise during our time together so that you can feel better about expressing yourself. I have found that sometimes, movement can be helpful and assists clients during therapy.
