As new, healthier beliefs emerge, clients report increased self-esteem, confidence, and well-being.
Relationship coaching focuses on helping partners build a cherishing relationship. You can resolve old conflicts and dysfunctional patterns and develop skills to improve communication and foster intimacy within your relationship. You CAN learn to stand up for yourself and your relationship, with love.

What I Say to People Concerned about the Therapy Process
Therapy IS hard. But living with the challenges you've faced every minute of every day is even harder. Therapy isn't about "fixing" something wrong with you. It's about clarifying your habitual thoughts, expectations and behaviors at a granular level. Then deciding if they make sense, and align with the way you want to live your life.
Often, what clients need is just new "thought habits." Once you understand how you are getting in your own way, you can find the way forward.
