My Approach to Helping
I have worked in the field of grief and loss for over 12 years and understand how disruptive change and loss can be to individuals, families and partnerships. Grief can often feel isolating, overwhelming, and painful, which is why seeking out support can be beneficial to you or someone you know that is struggling with loss.
Life transitions and change often bring up feelings of uncertainty and worry. Although, these transitions are often expected or even decided by us, it can cause an overwhelming sense of doubt and sometimes feelings of grief. My goal in supporting you through these changes and losses begins with understanding your unique experience with grief, making meaning of your losses and exploring ways to help you feel connected and seen.
