My Approach to Helping

Greetings and thank you for reading my profile. It is brave to reach out for something different in the midst of daily life. You have now taken a step towards change.

Sometimes the issues we face in this world feel overwhelming and we need extra support. It is my aim to be that support, ease your struggle, and shed light on your strengths as an individual. There is no judgment or pressure to be a certain way in counseling only the invitation to participate in making positive changes for yourself and in your relationships.

My goal is to help you create a compass for yourself that will give you direction towards the life you want for yourself. I feel honored and privileged to work with people as they grow and make difficult changes.

I am also a Registered Art Therapist. The process of creating art and talking about artwork provides opportunities to transform lives from within. Art Therapy allows a person to reduce destructive patterns and move towards balance and productivity in all areas of life.
I hope that you contact me with any questions. Thanks.
