What's My Approach to Therapy?

I am licensed in Washington (and Arizona) as a mental health counselor practicing in the tradition of relational psychotherapy. My hope is to further the growth of a client by exploring their problem(s) through the relational dynamic we create in therapy. I strive to address the whole person over any presenting problem and it is my belief that counseling should support and challenge clients in a safe and empathetic environment.
