My Approach to Helping

My approach is warm, empathetic, and genuine. I bring clarity, compassion, and guidance to our time together. I believe in the healing power of animals and integrate my furry, four-legged companions into sessions to better assist you. I am an EAGALA certified equine-assisted psychotherapist and I am trained in animal-assisted therapy working with dogs.

I view therapy as a partnership, and together, we will overcome blocks that are preventing you from living the life that you want. Everything that you need to succeed already exists within you, and by pursuing therapy you are already on a path toward healing and growth.
