My Approach to Helping

My passion is to connect with people. I have found supporting folks experiencing stress and anxiety in their lives is a calling of mine. If we work together, we will develop tools, identify thinking errors and work toward increasing your overall happiness. My focus is on finding solutions that work for you. Together we will work to build a foundation where you can access tools for happiness the rest of your life.

We will work on improving how you feel today. As well as looking at what past influences are impacting your day-to-day life. I believe that the most important indicator of success in therapy is the clienttherapist relationship. I focus on ensuring that my clients feel heard and respected and trusted.

I am here for you! The past few years have had its ups and downs, we can work together to help you find more happiness and wellness in your life. Clients I work with have reported an increase in happiness within the first month of working together. As we unpack and get you feeling better, we can dive deeper into the root of stress.

Specific Issue(s) I'm Skilled at Helping With

I primarily use cognitive behavioral therapy and solution focused techniques to help clients change their thinking. I have seen the power in addressing thoughts. My method can help to change the way we feel quickly. We will work together to identify how the thought patterns you have may be getting in the way of happiness. We will look for thought patterns and discuss techniques for changing them.
