I keep weird hours. We can meet as early as 7:00am. I wrap it up by 7:00pm because I'm an old man.
Saturdays? Can do. Sundays after 1:00pm. Dogs? Sure. Mine comes sometimes.

We touch on what's not quite right at the beginning but everything else is geared towards better. What will be better? How do we know what better is? Can we measure better? Who doesn't mind a little better?
Time in the office is to focus on clarifying and planning. Time outside the office is when new views and actions are put into practice. One goal is for you to learn enough in here that you don't need to come back. I can't predict the number of sessions you need but I teach skills and awareness from the first visit on. Benefit isn't measured by number of visits but by how you feel.
