My Approach to Helping
Many people come to me seeking help with difficult emotions or dealing with difficult life circumstances and transitions in their lives. The most common concerns that bring clients in to see me are anxiety, depression, and relationship concerns. I work collaboratively with clients to establish what their goals and visions are and help them find ways to let go of outdated patterns, replacing them with new ways of being.
I offer a safe and nonjudgmental space and I can help you move through the limiting beliefs that have been stopping you and assist you in beginning to live with the awareness and choice of new possibilities. I can assist you in learning to listen to your own inner guidance, and in bringing new balance to your life.
My approach is eclectic and draws from cognitive psychology, neuroscience, mindfulness, somatic and transpersonal approaches as well as psychodynamic and family systems.
I am mainly doing tele-sessions via zoom at this time. I offer a complimentary phone consult to answer any questions and see if we might be a good fit.
