Psychotherapy can help you deepen self-understanding and create more peace and fulfillment in your life. Meeting you with compassion, respect, and warmth, I can help you to identify and learn more about the issues you are struggling with, and ultimately help you come to a deeper understanding and acceptance of yourself, and create the changes that you want.
In our work, I will pay particular attention to your thoughts, feelings, and unconscious processes in order to identify patterns and obstacles that are outside of your everyday awareness. This can lead to meaningful, lasting change and greater freedom and agency.
I also work with teens and college students. During these important and transformative, transitional times, it can be very helpful to have someone to talk with. If you are looking for therapy for your child or for yourself, I welcome you to reach out.
My work with couples is a big part of my practice as well. I can work with couples to help improve communication, sex and intimacy, connection, parenting, blended families, and much more. Couples also come to me to work with big decisions around moving in together, getting married, having children, separating, and other life transitions.
I also provide attention-deficit hyperactivity (ADHD) assessments for those 18 years and up.
