My Approach to Helping
If you are struggling with a painful relationship or a difficult life transition, I can help. For more than twenty years, I have been working with individuals who are struggling with unhappy relationships or who are in the midst of challenging life changes. Your situation may be leading you to feel anxious, depressed, overwhelmed, confused, worried, guilty, or all of the above. I will offer you a safe, compassionate space to share your feelings and to begin working on solutions. We’ll work through those unpleasant feelings and discover new ways of viewing and approaching your situation. You may be surprised at how much better it feels to face your difficulty with the objective insight and support of a trained, compassionate therapist.
