A significant piece of my therapeutic style is developing effective coping skills with the belief that everyone does the best they can with the resources they have. This is individual, very personal work and is different for everyone. I have over ten years experience working with both adults and children with a range of issues including depression, eating disorders, stress and anxiety, domestic violence, relationship issues, addiction, divorce, and gender identity issues Additionally, I have significant experience working with acculturation issues, grief and loss, parenting issues, bipolar and mood disorders, anger management, and end-of-life issues.
