When we meet for your first session, it's normal to feel a bit nervous or uncertain. We might start by discussing why you've decided to come to therapy and what you hope to achieve. My goal is to help you feel comfortable and safe, and to establish a good rapport with you. You set the pace. I'll do my best to make sure you feel at ease and that you're comfortable discussing your concerns.
