My Approach to Helping
I am dedicated to helping people live the fullest life that they desire. Some times problems like trauma, depression, and anxiety get in the way and cause a great deal of distress in our lives, relationships, at work, and day to day living. I am here to help. Through listening and learning about you and your needs, I am able to provide the counseling approach to meet your ends. I approach counseling through a few different approaches depending on what you need, like Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Mindfulness. I offer appointments to work with your busy life with sessions in the late afternoon and evening hours. I also exclusively provide counseling services via video sessions. I use an easy to use platform for HIPAA compliant video counseling (telehealth), which also provides secure messaging.
