My practice combines evidence-based treatment with genuine curiosity about your unique story. Together, we'll identify the patterns that keep you feeling stuck, explore the experiences that shaped them, and develop practical skills that foster healing, resilience, and deeper connection with yourself and others. I have advanced training in treating compulsive sexual behaviors, sexual addiction, betrayal trauma, and relationship healing. I am certified through the American Association for Sex Addiction Therapy (AASAT) and completed an additional 48 hours of specialized training, earning recognition as a Sexual Recovery Therapist through AASAT. I also specialize in couples therapy as a PACT (Psychobiological Approach to Couple Therapy) Level II Therapist and completed two years of advanced clinical training through The Couples Institute. Whether you're seeking individual therapy or couples counseling, my goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where you feel understood and challenged to grow.
