My Approach to Helping
Sometimes “I’m fine” is the easiest way to keep going, even when you’re not.
Maybe life has felt complicated for so long, it seems impossible to explain, or maybe you’re unsure if therapy could really help someone like you. If any of this sounds familiar, you’re not alone.
I offer a space where you don’t have to explain everything perfectly. A space grounded in trust, safety, and genuine understanding where we can explore what’s really going on, at your pace.
My approach integrates cognitive and existential therapies, drawing from mindfulness, CBT, somatic practices, narrative therapy, and prolonged exposure. Therapy with me is collaborative and grounded, shaped by what’s meaningful to you, not just diagnoses or techniques.
I come from a military family and have deep, long-standing relationships with veterans and first responders. For as long as I can remember, I’ve been “that person” others turn to when they need to talk. That instinct—showing up and listening with care is at the heart of my work.
Over the years, I’ve supported people through depression, anxiety, anger, grief, substance use, and trauma. Whether it's the lingering wounds of a Gen X childhood or the cumulative toll of combat or front-line service, your story matters here.
If you’re ready to feel less alone and more like yourself again, I’m here to walk with you.
