My Approach to Helping

Have you been struggling to cope with a past trauma in your life? Maybe you are feeling depressed or anxious about a number of things or one thing in particular. Maybe you have lost someone or something and you don't know how to move forward. Maybe you just don't 'feel right' and you can't figure out why. When life feels this way, it's difficult to find the desire to move a step further. One Love Counseling, LLC can help by providing you with mental health and substance abuse services for individuals and families. Treatment is individualized and based on your specific needs.
