What's My Approach to Therapy?
Together, let’s work to achieve deep lasting change in your life. You may be angry, numb, depressed, scared, or simply not sure what is going on with you. I am open, engaged, and calming while I work to meet you where you are. I provide a safe and non-judgmental environment for you to be yourself and to explore more of who you are.
We can take the difficulties you are experiencing and channel them into growth and resilience. I am eclectic in my approach. My go-to model is one that teaches you how to provide healing to yourself through its meditative qualities. This therapy model is called IFS (Internal Family Systems).
There are many hurts in life. We can use them to strengthen us so the next time life hurts, we are able to handle it better. We can also prevent many of the hurts from repeating.
I enjoy working with complex trauma, relationship issues, addictions, anxiety, panic, depression, grief, and codependency. I work with adults, couples, adolescents, and therapists.
