As a counselor, my goal is to help you tap into your strengths and resilience when faced with life's unexpected circumstances. These circumstances can leave you struggling with anxiety, depression or a lost sense of yourself. It can be difficult to process what you've been through, understand where you are now, and find the courage to move on. I integrate therapeutic techniques from different approaches, primarily, Cognitive-Behavioral, Strength-Based, and Person-Centered. Counseling provides a space to openly talk with someone outside of your everyday life and sort through unresolved issues. I will listen attentively, offer direct insight when needed, and help you discover the opportunities for positive growth that can come from facing your most difficult challenges.
