My Approach to Helping
I am currently accepting new clients and can get you an appointment almost immediately! I began my passion for therapy over ten years ago and currently work in Erie. I am an honor's graduate from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania with a Masters degree in Counseling. I am an easy going therapist and will work with you on an approach that fits your needs. I feel that the person I work with determines his/her goals, the therapy process, and knows what he/she wants/needs. With some guidance, we will get there together. Confidentiality is key in therapy and no judgment is ever passed in this safe environment.

I am continuing to get credentialed with insurance companies. I will also be a part of Inpathy TeleMental Health online therapy and will give details on how to access that company. Please check back often as I will update with new insurances as I am approved. If you are interested in working with me and I do not take your insurance, please feel free to contact your insurance company and let them know you would like to work with me and request they reach out to me to be credentialed as either in-network or out of network. I also have a sliding fee scale for private pay based on finances. I see clients on Mondays (8:00am-7:00 pm), Tuesdays-Thursday (8am-4:30pm) Fridays (8am-3pm) and Saturdays (9am-1pm). I also may be able to work with you on alternative times on a case by case bases.

Psychotherapy helps you heal while offering you more constructive ways to face life's challenges. It can also offer you support as you face difficult challenges or increased stress, such as the challenges of starting/losing a job, facing a divorce, learning to communicate better, incorporating blended families and conflict resolutions. Therapy can be helpful whenever you face a painful challenge in your life, job, or relationships. There's no harm in therapy, even if you're not sure whether or not you stand to benefit. Therapy is completely confidential and nothing we discussed will be disclosed unless you sign a release to do so, there is suspected child abuse, or you are in danger to yourself or others.
