I am currently accepting new clients and can get you an appointment almost immediately! I began my passion for therapy over ten years ago and currently work in Erie. I am an honor's graduate from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania with a Masters degree in Counseling. I am an easy going therapist and will work with you on an approach that fits your needs. I feel that the person I work with determines his/her goals, the therapy process, and knows what he/she wants/needs. With some guidance, we will get there together. How Psychotherapy Can Help

Psychotherapy helps you heal while offering you more constructive ways to face life's challenges. It can also offer you support as you face difficult challenges or increased stress, such as the challenges of starting/losing a job, facing a divorce, learning to communicate better, incorporating blended families and conflict resolutions. Therapy can be helpful whenever you face a painful challenge in your life, job, or relationships. There's no harm in therapy, even if you're not sure whether or not you stand to benefit. Therapy is completely confidential and nothing we discussed will be disclosed unless you sign a release to do so, there is suspected child abuse, or you are in danger to yourself or others.
