My Approach to Helping
Therapy can take on many different forms and does not look like one particular method or strategy. My aim is to offer individuals and families the opportunity to create their own space, identify goals, and achieve them. My priority is providing clients with a space to explore experience, emotion, thought, and behavior safely and effectively.
I take a person-centered approach to all of our clients. I am most interested in meeting you where you are. I have found success utilizing a variety of treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational interviewing (MI).
We do not get to choose the experiences and challenges we face. We do get to choose how we respond to those experiences and rise to meet those challenges. I am excited to start working alongside you.
