What's My Approach to Therapy?

I’m Danielle Forma, a Licensed Professional Counselor who provides individual therapy to those struggling with a variety of life’s challenges. Asking for help is a sign of strength and courage. Recognizing that you can’t do everything on your own is often the first step toward achieving wellness in today’s fast-paced and demanding world. At times, the stressors we face can feel overwhelming, creating an imbalance between what’s being asked of us and the resources we have to cope. I believe that each of us possesses an innate capacity for healing and growth—an inner strength that, when nurtured, can guide us toward greater balance and fulfillment. My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe and supportive environment where you feel seen, validated, heard, and understood. Together, we’ll create space for you to express your authentic self and explore the challenges you’re facing. The therapeutic relationship we build will serve as the foundation for your healing and recovery.
