My Approach to Helping

My goal is to make a connection with my client and let them know that I truly care and I'm listening. My intent is is to help my clients learn to navigate skillfully through their own experiences dealing with anxiety, depression or other uncertainties and develop effective coping tools they can make available when life feels overwhelming or they feel "stuck".
