My Approach to Helping
In my work as a therapist and through my own life experiences, I’ve found that so much of our pain as humans stems from a deep sense of disconnection, both from ourselves and from each other. I know it can feel like you’re in this alone- I’ve been there, and I’m here to tell you that you don’t have to be. Therapy can provide an incredible space to heal and grow through safe & affirming connection with someone else. I’m honored to hold this space for clients and I believe you deserve support.
I provide compassionate and connection-centered therapy for trauma survivors and couples & partners. I'm trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) and various attachment and relationally-based therapies to holistically support your healing and growth.
