Mary Sudyka, Licensed Professional Counselor

My name is Mary Sudyka and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Colorado. I primary use cognitive behavioral therapy in practice but often to pull from other therapy approaches and taylor my approaches to my clients needs. I currently work with ages 12 and up with diagnosis ranging from anxiety, depression, post trauma stress disorder, attention deficit disorders, personality disorder, and anyone in the LBGTQIA++ community needing support. I like to create a safe, warm and welcoming environment for my clients. As your therapist I will be in your corner both to support you and give you honest and hard truths. I am direct in my approach but will guide you in a gentle way to understand things about yourself and the system in which you exist in.
