For couples who want to improve communications and intimacy, I'll implement the Gottman Couple's therapy method.
For those of you who are experiencing work, family, and life related stress, the best approach may be the Solution Focused, Goal Oriented approach. I believe that in order for a therapeutic alliance to be successful, you and your therapist must design your new plan for living together.
