My Role as a Therapist

My role as a therapist is to help you work through any issues that cause emotional trauma, to help you reach your goals, learn how to set boundaries and have a better quality of life. I work with anxiety and depression utilizing energy based psychotherapy as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

I utilize Brainspotting which is an offshoot of EMDR to treat trauma and deep seated issues. I also am trained in COMPREHENSIVE RESOURCE MODEL which is energy based therapy to treat negative core beliefs and trauma.
