My expertise includes working with highly sensitive adults and couples that struggle with communication, perfectionism, relationships, boundaries, life transitions, trauma, and body pain. My approach is grounded in relational and somatic psychology, and I have a holistic skill set that includes meditation, nature therapy, and present body awareness.
