Whatever the changes you desire, they begin with experiencing the current moment without the distraction of self-judgement or self-criticism. For 30 years, I have cultivated ways to help my clients accept their current experience so they can move forward towards their best life. I am honored to witness the changes that are possible, and the wisdom and magic I see in people who learn to listen to their own best self! I look forward to accompanying you.

My Practice & Services

My standard fee for a 50 minutes session is $200. I am happy to give you a receipt for services you can use to bill insurance if my fees are covered. Clients pay at the time of service, and I am able to accept credit card payments through Square, Venmo payments and with checks or cash.
