I have experience working with children, families, and adults to manage issues such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem, identity, relationship and interpersonal difficulties, family conflict, loss, grief, trauma, and adjustment to new challenges. I also offer psychological assessments and consultations.
Empirical research on interpersonal and family therapy, attachment, and cognitive-behavioral therapy guide my approach to psychotherapy. Your culture, beliefs, and values play a key role in the process.
