I'm a licensed clinical psychologist who is highly specialized in treating issues related to trauma, anxiety, and the myriad of problems that tend to stem from them (e.g., sleep difficulties; guilt and shame; substance abuse; depression). I'm particularly specialized in working with first responders, military members, and civilians in high stress professions (e.g., healthcare workers; lawyers).
