My Approach to Helping
Finding fulfillment and meaning in life isn’t easy. Just when we think we have it together, new circumstances pull us apart. When we experience stress, anxiety and depression, it is important to find support. Trauma, relationship conflicts, transitioning to a new phase of life such as parenthood, feeling lost and confused, all these situations deserve attention, consideration and compassion. I am here to support you in finding stability, balance, and fulfillment.
I work well with individuals, couples and families because I am passionate about building healthier relationships. Connecting is a vital point of wellbeing, and I understand how to accomplish attachments that nurture and how to really resolve conflict and form stronger bonds with the people we love. I equally support children, adolescents, and parents in facilitating healthy child development.
I understand that we are all different and have our own personal goals, which is why I collaborate with my clients to find what works best for them. I operate with a humanistic lens, focused on the person as a whole and their ability to reach their full potential. I also utilize mindfulness (MBCT) to support my clients in challenging behaviors, thoughts and mindsets that hold them back, while developing coping skills to help move them forward.
