My Approach to Helping
As a clinician, I strongly believe that you have the internal strength to find a solution to any challenge that is presented to you. Therapy is a journey of creating awareness and building up confidence in your own strengths so that positive change can be long-lasting. By becoming aware of your specific patterns of interaction that can lead to conflict in your relationships, proactive steps can be taken to make a huge change in your life. I am dedicated to helping you find your potential for positive growth and am lucky enough to get to experience the journey of therapy with you. I believe that therapy can be short-term or long-term, depending on your unique needs as a client, and I feel that the path of self-exploration can be a very positive experience.
